Ryan has extensive experience leading and managing enterprise-scale engagements, performing information analysis and facilitating work sessions with key stakeholder’s team members.

Ryan has been an innovator and has brought agile project management methodologies to Footlocker and AIG Travel. With this Ryan has trained staff, completed training documentation, and led new agile project teams.

While at AIG, Ryan has led the Expedia project effort managing numerous staff on three continents to ensure an on-time delivery for the Expedia US migration and the Rest of World (ROW) migration. Ryan has also complete a rewrite for the AIG travel First Notice of Loss (FNOL) system as well as a full claims migration and AMEX system migration. In addition, Ryan led the Eastbay.com Field Tested, Footlocker.com Buy Online Reserve in Store, Buy Online Ship from Store, Buy Brick and Mortar SKU, Sentry.com website and OSHA business analyst initiatives providing thought-leadership, client interfacing and delivery oversight.

Ryan has been in innovator for each company, bringing advanced wire framing and prototyping tools to each area, and changing project management styles at Eastbay / Footlocker.com.

Ryan assisted in establishing a structure for web and application initiatives and portal integration by determining the organizational needs, content source identification, facilitating work sessions, refining business cases, developing standards and documenting requirements/ specifications leveraging an Agile methodology.

Ryan’s experience crosses multiple disciplinary tracks and provides him with a strong understanding of numerous platforms. In addition, he maintains extensive experience of web-based technologies.
