PRODUCTIVITY: Transitioned two software development teams from waterfall to the Scrum framework which welcomes volatile business requirements while taking advantage of competitive needs of the marketplace.

EFFICIENCY: Introduced Agile Scrum framework into daily activities for 14 team members to thoroughly understand the process flow methodology and take ownership of business value delivery.

INNOVATION: Coached 76 team members in parsing complex requirements with inherent uncertainty into logical subtasks while limiting technical debt using Agile lean principles.

My singular responsibility is to deliver value to the customer. As a Scrum Master, I do that by paving the way for talented software professionals to produce this outcome. 

I have been on Agile Scrum teams since 2011 as a development team member, Scrum Master, and mentor. As a former database analyst, software developer, QA engineer, QA Manager and Product Manager, I have experienced, and later facilitated, two development team transitions from waterfall to the Scrum framework. 

Prior to my current role as a Fidelity TalentSource Scrum Master, I was a Scrum Master at Armor Defense where I coached two cross-functional distributed teams and managed two Kanban project teams.

Prior to Armor Defense, I led Scrum teams at Luminator Technology Group (manufacturing) and CA Technologies (software vendor). I started my career as a software developer at Texas Instruments.

My professional credentials include a degree in Computer Science (BA) at University of Texas at Austin, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM).
