Current position: Software Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Working as Project Manager and Business Analyst in a customer facing role.
- Managing pool of developers and allocate right developers on request from project manager and oversee the work of developers, Business analysts and team leads.
- Organize training for the developers.
- Communicate with client about requirement gathering and day to day about issues they are facing or making product more effective to solve their business problems.
- Organize and delegate tasks, mentor and motivate team of Developers, Product analysts and team leaders and providing technical and functional direction to the team.
- Training to customers about the StayinFront Touch product
- Working directly with the assigned project managers to provide software development services and deliverables for StayinFront projects
- Communication of progress and escalation of issues in a timely manner to the stakeholders
- Coordinate schedule releases, enhancements, and version upgrade
- Ensuring good StayinFront quality practices and outputs with regards to software development according to the StayinFront software implementation methodology
- Undertaking performance reviews for direct reports.

Project Title : L’Oréal Consumer Goods (Implemented solution in South Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan and Japan)

Description : We implemented CG solution for L’Oréal; Their sales representatives use our software for capturing data on android and IOS for Merchandizing, Distribution checks, Promotion execution, Surveys, Tasks management, Competitor Activity tracking and Pitch book
Activities:
- Attend requirement gathering session onsite at South Korea and Indonesia.
- Analyze the client requirement and prepared scoping document.
- Estimate and plan the efforts require for this project and prepare project plan using MS project plan.
- Assign tasks to developers.
- Supervise and review tasks done by developers.
- Train the end users of the system.
- Schedule the release and assist integration team in release process.
- Support during user acceptance testing (UAT)

Description
This is our company’s core Product which is used by many largest clients like Mondelēz, Kellogg’s and Kimberley Clark, It executes on touch devices like iPad and Android devices, which has functionality of call planning, Logs data for various activity performed during call like Tasks, Audits, Issues, Competitor Activities, Promotions etc.
Activities:
- Write Server-side code in C#.net
- Front end code using HTML, jQuery and java script
- Store/retrieve data on device in JSON format using local storage.
- Various Web services which provide data on request of client
- Unit Testing
