Bob Kusiak

Bob Kusiak is a Scrum Master and Agile Advocate, with a background in leadership practices and management philosophy. Through his career, Bob has always sought to find new ways to engage employees and create physically and psychologically safe environments where teams can truly reach their potential. With his current organization, he developed the SYMON Support, Continuous Improvement, and NOC departments - with a strong focus on cross-functional, engaged engineers. Continuing this practice within the DevOps space is a constantly learning experience and he's always looking for new perspectives.
