Rebecca Halstead

Rebecca Halstead is an information technology professional that provides management consulting services to commercial, non-profit and Federal clients. Rebecca has extensive experience working on Agile and Scrum teams, including being a Product Owner and ScrumMaster for her clients. Rebecca developed training material for an Agile Business Analysis offering of the CSPO course and co-delivered the course with a CST colleague. She served as President of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) DC Chapter from 2012-2014. With support from title sponsors, Excella Consulting and the IIBA DC Chapter, Rebecca organized the first annual IIBA DC Chapter Professional Development Day in October 2014 with the theme ‘The Agile BA’.
