Rob Dull - I had the fortune to meet some hardcore XP folks back in 2001, who introduced me to the basic ideas of collective ownership and modular development (Thanks, Alex!). In 2005, I became a Product Manager for a line of software that we sold to OEMs. Given their schedules for hardware development and prototyping, we had to do iterative (not incremental) development in two-week cycles. We were agile by necessity, and I still think of iterative development as the only way to satisfy most customers. I am a full-time Agile Coach in the IT department at Salesforce. We are known for Agile@Salesforce, created as the Adaptive Delivery Methodology, with key elements drawn from Lean, Scrum, and XP.
