Over a decade experience, part of it overseas, I'd been spending the last 5 years studying, practising, collaborating with and influencing both individuals and teams to empower themselves with methodology and tools like Scrum, Kanban, XP and Management 3.0. Seeking to always provide transparency and inspiration to others in my work so they can be assured and empowered to achieve their objectives. Believing that the agile values and principles contribute to the foundation of a better way to work and the propagation of information is linked to qualified professionals and efficient products, in a way that things get done in a evolved or disruptive manner.
