Randy Angiel, Ph.D has been in software delivery for 25 years. By the turn of the millenium, he began to understand delivery problems and earned many of the top industry certification before turning to Agile to help his teams. Having a full understanding of the SDLC process with PMP, ITIL and Prince2 certifications, he processes a solid understanding of howwher, why and where Agile can overcome many of the inefficiencies of waterfall type development.
In addition to his CSP, Randy is certified in LeSS and SAFe frameworks (SPC) and is a Scrum@Scale trainer. Together, he has a solid understanding of enterprise agile transformations and continues his experience coaching agile teams in this tranformation to agile. In all, he has ten years of agile experience. His agile transformation, Lean methodolgy and organizational change managemnt experience (OCM) provides him with a solid tool set and experience to handle the most complex of agile transformations and systemic problems facing organizational alignmement.
