About
Title: Scrum Master
Paula Ryan started using Agile methodologies in 2006 when she was a Ruby on Rails developer. She later branched into Project Management and after a couple years using the Waterfall method, came back to Agile when she assumed the role of a Technical Product Manager. Her real passion is the psychology behind Agile and how it grows happier, more fulfilled, and ultimately more productive teams.
