Pushpa Ganesh

Pushpa Ganesh, commonly known as "Pushpa" in professional environment is now slowly transforming as "Agile Pushpa". Carrying my 13 years of experience in Finance and Health Care industry, I keep moving not to explore the unexplored area's but to reinvest new things on the ones I know. My steping stone in to professional world after completing my B.E from a reputed Engineering college, I was lucky to start my career from GE Money, Australia & NZ which believes the right process will drive to perfection. My career basement was  well layed in my 07 years working for them. The urge at that time made me to take decision to explore a diffrent sector, which ended up as Health care. It was more like starting from square one but still enjoyed and enjoying till date. IBM, slowly started shaping my career and made me think of reinventing myself. I was able to understand myself that i am a person who do not want to keep on exploring new area's/sectors but to implement, innovate on the current area's of work. Professional journey started taking a inward direction and now Agile methodology is my first choice.I work for a US based health care gaint who has followed the traditional waterfall methodology to run their business and now wanting to migrate towards Agile. I am involved in refining the existing model with help of Agile methodolgy which the client is slowly showing intrest.
