Prashant Nandanwar

Prashant Nandanwar. I have over 18 years of experience in IT industry from 1999 in various roles from Web Designer to IA/UI/UX architect and now Sr. Solution architect. In these roles, I have performed Project Management, Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Design and Development, Testing and Auditing, Production and Release support. I’ve been working in development projects for web, and mobile platforms primarily in DYI, Ecommerce, CMS domain using both agile methodologies and traditional ones. I am hands-on in designing and development of Scene7 / Dynamic Media Classic (Adobe Marketing Cloud) based projects for which have been in onsite and offshore discovery with client for providing Dynamic Imaging, Merchandise Customization and Personalization Solutions to large enterprise ecommerce clients. I have also setup and leading User Interface, Scene7, Adobe Experience Manager and Skype for Business (24x7 support) practices in the organization as their techno functional manager.

Apart from these roles in organization in my free time I prefer to tinker around with 3d Modelling and motion graphics. I also love to teach. I have been actively teaching at the start of my carrier commercially and now I do so whenever I get chance inside the organization. Pursuing psychology currently I try to implement it in helping team better interact, understand each other and motivate them to be a self-starter and learner. Using agile principles, I bring balance in the team by creating a culture and behaviour which is enjoyable, visible, sustainable and easily manageable.

Currently focusing on creating Agility in the organization by making team cross functional both across the roles (frontend, backend, QA, DBA) and then between multiple technologies and platforms. Creating a strong foundation for this through planning and being part of execution of boot camp to nurture fresh agile mindsets in the organization and making it more aligned with Agile not just in terms of process but in terms of principles and values.
