Am Phanikumar Kothapalli, having a total of 17 + years in various business domains. Out of which last 8 + years , am working as he Scrum Master, where am mainly responsible for implementing the scrum framework and make sure the team is adhering to the Agile principles and values. Am also responsible for the Scrum ceremonies, Change the mindset of people to think nimble and value focussed. Till date am fortunate enough to convert from 2 portfolios from Waterfall to Agile, successfully. During this eventful time as a change agent, I had interacted with multiple teams with various skill sets , scenarios and environments. With my resilience and persistant mindset I was able to overcome those hurdles. For these acheivements, I was recognized by the oranizations, where ever I worked. The biggest learning is that as a change agent not only you need to keep yourself updated with the latest updates, but also need to be couragious and should have lot of patience. I had educated myself and coached multiple teams about the Agile-Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, and lean frameworks.
