Pamela Gillis: An experienced organizational leader with experience in IT, E-Banking, Telecom and Oil & Gas. Within these industries , I have held various roles in Client Services, Business Analysis, Project Management and Program Management. Currently I am a Sr.Advisor, Scrum Master, Facilitator and Agile enthusiast/mentor/coach within a large Oil & Gas company in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Focused on being a trusted partner to individuals and teams, I help them deliver measurable results by improving project execution, team communication and collaboration. I work with business leaders to identify and solve business problems,  instead of repeatedly treating symptoms.
Having a passion for people performance, change management, business process improvement, collaboration, and helping teams become 'high-performing teams', along with certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, Change Management, Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Professional (CSP), LEAN and KT Problem Solving &Decision Analysis has provided me with various tools and approaches to apply  to project, team, and organizational development. .
