Phil Dayalu

I was born overseas; moved to US when I was less than 1 yrs. old; and have lived in over 20% of the US.  If it's quirky; unique; or pure adrenaline rush I'm probably going to try it, especially if it has 2 or more of the aformentioned!  Helping people is extremely important to me, and I look forward to the day when I'm able to do philanthropic work full time.    

Some of my fundamental beliefs:

• Family First
• Make mistakes...just please make new mistakes!
• My goal at any job is to make myself irrelevant...when you don't need me anymore is when I've done what I was supposed to do
• Give smart people what they need to be successful and get out of the way!
• If it's not something you enjoy, stop spending every waking hour doing it

Integrity is of utmost importance - if you say you're going to do something, do it...and if you say won't do it, don't.
