Neil Peterson

Neil Peterson began his career as a software developer moving up through people and project management roles over the years.  Within the software development community I have run both individual teams of 5 to 15 people and groups of engineering teams including over 75 staff.  This has involved direct or indirect management of development teams, QA teams, and mixed teams in agile and waterfall environments.  I have a strong project management background with the ability to discuss technical issues directly with developers. I enjoy a role where I can help grow both engineering groups and products by providing input at all levels of engineering activities.  In my spare time I apply my PM skills to helping run experimental archaeology conferences, and non-profit historical groups.
