Nathan Obert

Twenty Two years of Information Technology experience in the areas of systems architecture, systems management, development, scaling/performance tuning, virtualization, and project management. Twelve years in Content Management/Collaboration/Business Process Management (BPM) primarily with EMC Documentum products, but also Sharepoint, Metastorm, Alfresco, Erooms, Oracle UCM, Vignette and other products. Extensive background in military, federal, healthcare, banking, telecommunications and other commercial arenas.

Currently working on a Scrum Team to upgrade the Document Management System that is safe guarding the finanical instutions within the United States.  Immediate prior to this worked with the Joint Chiefs of Staff to upgrade and support the decision support environment (Workflow, Content Management, Reporting) for the top level military in the United States.  Decision Support Environment development was being done using Scrum with assistance of Space and Navel Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), and has recently been transitioned to Armedia.  I provided support to the previous Agency/Defense Contractor, and am now and employee of the current encumbant.  Prior to that, I worked on a Product Engineering and Design (PED) Team at the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  Specifically Sentinel, a half a billion dollar project, that numerious times has been highlighted as a project that utilized agile.
