Nicole Derr has worked in Agile environments since 2010. From Agile team member to Product Owner, to Scrum Master, to Team, Enterprise, Product, and Leadership Coach, Nicole has held a number of roles in Agile organizations. Whether contributing by delivering working product, assisting the team through their continuous growth toward the Agile principles, or working with customers and stakeholders to identify high value features and set priorities, Nicole is a dedicated servant leader with a passion for helping teams develop working product that adds value to both the organization and the lives of their customers and their team members.
