Michelle Russo has a 25+ year history in the IT field, including both technical and management roles. She has been leading project teams using agile methods since 2004, and has successfully coached agile project teams on Federal/State/Local government projects, and in private sector industry including healthcare and commercial banking/financial. In addition to Scrum Alliance certifications, Ms. Russo holds PMI credentials: Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), as well as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant and trainer (SPC) designation. She has specialized experience in agile training, large-scale agile projects, and using Scrum in heavily regulated and/or “waterfall” program envionments.
