More than 12 years combined experience functioning as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, and Product Coach. Attaining my CSM and CSPO certifications have helped deepen my level of understanding and ability to serve, coach, and mentor others that I collaborate with while having worked with diverse groups of people ranging from Fortune 50 organizations and startup companies. Serving individuals and teams across various industries including retail, social media, real estate, ecommerce, digital media, medical device, EdTech + eLearning, reinsurance, finance, healthcare, event marketing, and information technology. One of the more exciting experiences I’ve had in my career was having the opportunity to work for Intel, the primary sponsor on Moby’s Area:One music tour in 2001. Fun Fact about me is that I have previously been a fire fighter for a department in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
