I take a very pragmatic approach to Agile adoption while maintaining the Principles that make Agile successful. My experience spans implementing Agile at Portfolio, Program, and Team levels. Specialization includes: Agile Portfolio and Program management Designing effective bimodal operating models incorporating vendor outsourced services and back-office environments Optimizing value streams and refactoring teams to meet business objectives Product management training and mentoring Mentoring & Upskilling Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters & Product Owners Implementing metrics that matter at all levels of the enterprise I am also passionately interested in 3rd & 4th - generation agile methods and the psychosocial dynamics of Agility and believe by creating an environment where team members are accountable to one another will not only increase productivity, but reduce project cost and risk. My professional goal is to become a CEC and CST so I can have a bigger impact in the Scrum community.
