Marie-Sophie Morel

Marie-Sophie Morel is European Business Transformation Manager at Xerox Europe with responsibility for leading Xerox Europe Distribution and Supply chain related end to end transformation projects, as well as the project management team. She is a certified lean six sigma black belt with 10 years’ experience in managing complex and cross functional projects. She lead the transition to a global and standardized IT SAP infrastructure for the Swiss entity and customers, insuring user’s adoption and motivating key resellers to align to the new eco-system and transform their organization and processes accordingly. The project covered the user transition to off-shored support units. She launched Xerox New BPO solution on the Swiss market and manage the associated changes and new business opportunities for Xerox exclusive reseller network, delivering the expected revenue and market-share growth. In 2013, she joined Xerox Europe Global Distribution team and influenced pan-European distributors to adopt a new fulfillment model and align their business model accordingly. The project generated significant cost savings for Xerox and the distributors and significantly improved product availability and business predictability. During her career Marie-Sophie Morel has shown a strong ability to drive changes in fast moving situation. She is a truly determined person who motivates her team members with her hard work and exceptionally positive attitude. She thrives in driving and managing Business Transformation projects and makes significant progress in managing change with a dynamic multi-cultural and global business environment. Prior to that Marie-Sophie Morel had extensive Marketing and Sales experience at Xerox, for the French Chamber of Commerce in Switzerland and for bioMerieux. Morel graduated as an imaging engineer in 1992 and received an MBA from EM-Lyon/Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lyon in 1994. She is fluent in French, English and German.
