Mike Freislich

Mike has worked as an IT professional since 1994 and has been involved in managing teams and developing software products since 1998.

Since discovering Agile/Scrum in 2005, Mike has been passionate about helping teams and organisations achieve their potential through the use of Lean and Agile methods. Centring the human connections within organisations around purpose while fostering a culture that supports the ideas of collaborative problem solving, and evolutionary improvement makes for sustainable business, happier people and better outcomes.

Mike draws from his extensive Scrum and Kanban experiences while working to create inclusive, collaborative, fun, focused, measurable, improvements within teams and organisations. Most recently he has received his AKT (Lean Kanban University Accredited Kanban Trainer) certification. Mike loves to teach and learn with others, and is driven by the chance of co-creating "learning work environments".
