Marc Carlson

Marc Carlson has spent over twenty years in various technology industries, ranging from telecom to healthcare. During this time he has worked in numerous positions from support to quality assurance to DevOps. He has a broad experience in the various software development lifecycles and methodologies. An avid agilist, he has been a scrum master and a product owner and functional manager, and lives in a state of continuous improvement. He is a huge proponent for training, learning, coaching, and mentoring, and leveraging those skills and experiences to teach, coach, and guide others. He thrives on building teams and organizations while changing and challenging existing cultures. He has embraced the agile principles, and been an active player in the agile adoption of his current company, supporting the team in their endeavors, trials, experiments, and overall desire for improvement.
