With more than 26 years of technology, IT and telecommunications experience, Martin Capurro is a leader in various technical and business capacities in Product Development, Engineering and large-scale business transformation.
Most recently with Centurylink, Mr. Capurro was responsible for overseeing Product Management & Development for CenturyLink Technology Solutions (formerly Savvis Cloud Business Unit), a division of CenturyLink, specializing in Cloud platforms and infrastructure services. Additionally, Mr. Capurro was also responsible for technology selection and business development functions within the business unit. In this capacity his organization led IT Infrastructure, Cloud Automation & Orchestration, Platform and Development environments, Software Defined Networking & Data Centers, Information Security and many Application & Web environments.
Mr. Capurro has also served on the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC), specifically a subcommittee tasked with best practices and Cloud recommendations for critical federal infrastructure & platforms.
Previously, Mr. Capurro was responsible for Prod Management, Development & Marketing for Public Cloud services within Savvis. Prior to this, Mr. Capurro was responsible for Hosting & Cloud Services for QWEST. During the time at QWEST also held numerous leadership roles including Director of WAN, Security, Mobility and Managed Services within Qwest Communications. Mr. Capurro has also served in various senior management roles at as Cable & Wireless, CAI/SISCo (federal business management consulting) and AT&T in Product Management, Management Consulting and Engineering capacities.
Martin resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife Jean, children Sabastian and Mia, and their Yorkie, Max.
