I was a software engineer for almost 10 years before becoming a scrum master and then moving into the agile transformation role I have today. I am extremely passionate about Agile methodologies and particularly versed in Scrum, XP and beginning to learn more about how the lean process of Kanban can compliment scrum in our organization.
In my spare time, I complete in triathlons, practice Bikram yoga to clear my mind, play guitar and sing and even do a few open mics here and there and finally I have just started to learn Icelandic.
