Title: Agile Coach
Mark Bittner is an Agile Coach at Jeppesen. He has been developing software for about eighteen years and he has been working with agile teams for eight years. During those eight years he has helped launch several agile projects. Some of the projects have been new products, and some have been ailing products with serious issues. He has experimented with traditional project management, Scrum, Kanban, and several agile methodologies. Prior to his introduction to agile, he was a developer, a tester, and spent time in Operations on large government and telecom projects. He is a member of the “McAfee Agile Transformation Team” and he now helps teams with their Agile transformations.
