Larry Mallett

Larry Mallett is the founder and Lead Partner in Century Educational Services, LLC, a management consulting, training, and research firm headquartered in South Carolina.  Mr. Mallett has worked 12 years successfully implementing information technology projects using Scrum/Agile values and principles.  Mr. Mallett holds the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master designation as well as a Master of Science Degree from Carnegie Mellon University.  Mr. Mallett not only possesses the academic acumen required for successful project management but also has the real-world business experience.  

Mr. Mallett has worked in software development support for over 20 years.  Mr. Mallett served as a Project Manager for a multimillion-dollar software implementation for the US Department of Agriculture, US Department of Homeland Security, and the State of South Carolina. Mr. Mallett is also the author of the soon to be released book entitled Project Management Confidential, case studies of outstanding Agile and Waterfall project implementations.
