Through the facilitation of events, discussions, and question based decision-making, I ensure teams understand the importance of customer centricity, quality, and the practice of business agility. Agile transitions are journeys, not destinations, and require cultural shifts across the entire organization, not being limited to IT or Engineering, in order to ensure success. This is without a doubt the most rewarding role that I've had the fortune to serve in my career.
