I have more than 10 years of experience in software testing and manage test teams and deliver trainings. Its been more than 3 years now that I have been working in an Agile Environment and the journey so far has been very challenging exciting and I have loved eveypart of it.
Its exciting to see the changes in the personality of your team and your approach to problem solving and the way you all manage the changes (that occur every now and then) as Agile starts to fit in well ..I loved every part of it so far, and I am sure there is lot more to learn while I walk through this bridge to Agility!!
I have created a blog Agile World to share, some of the nice readings that I go through on the subject and also, where I write my experiences on the implementation in my project.
