Liliana Barska

Hello! I'm Liliana Barska and I am currently working as an Agile Coach, Change Agent, teacher, mentor and ScrumMaster helping adapt our organization to become Agile. I have been working in the Agile realm for about 11 years. I am a Certified ScrumMaster-CSP, Certified Agile Leader, SAFe Program Consultant  (SPC4) and an ICAgile Certified Professional: Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) and Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF). I am on the nonstop path of learning to become more Agile- since everything is ever changing, will it ever end? I am constantly adapting, and learning how to become  better at fitting the different needs of a team. I enjoy teaching and working with others more often than being alone but take that time when I'm alone to read and collect knowledge on whatever it is I am working on or learn something new (whether I may agree with it or not)! My passion is working with people and helping where ever and whenever I can. I am really interested in interaction, communication and how words impact and affect the world around us (hence my degree in linguistics). I strive to stay connected to my work and teams and I'm always looking for ways to become a better teacher and mentor to help them along their journey.
