Richard Khor

Richard Khor is a passionate servant leader with over 20 years of experience in the software industry. He has “been there, done that” assuming various roles including developer, architect, manager, director, process specialist, mentor, and trainer. He has personal experience with successfully transforming organizations from waterfall to agile methodologies. Richard works with the local Agile community in the Research Triangle Park area through the Agile Leadership Network and is the founder of the Scrum Master Focus Group. Richard has great agile instincts and is notorious for not being afraid to ask the difficult questions of individuals and the organization.

Richard now brings his experience to bear while helping individuals and companies unlock their full potential by doing "the right thing" and removing erroneous waste.
