Kathi Paquet

Kathi Paquet has over 18 years in the Information Technology field designing and delivering cross functional improvements. Experience includes agile methodologies, scrum master, portfolio, program, and project management, project budgeting, risk management, governance, analysis, database design, facilitation, process redesign, creation of guidelines and procedures, developing reports, programming (Java/VB), and defining testing requirements along with change management.

Kathi has developed, trained, and coached teams on Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, FDD, Kanban, and Lean concepts. Kathi’s technical background as well as her background with QA allow her to communicate with the team at a deeper level about such critical concepts as Continuous Integration and Test First strategies.

Kathi continuously evaluates various agile tools (e.g. JIRA, LeanKit, AgileCraft, Clarity) to meet the organization’s needs. Kathi is currently participating as a reviewer and contributor for Agile Financial Management publications IARM & TSO on the production of “Agile Financial Management: A Practical Guide for Project Managers”.
