Kristi Meredith

Kristi is a graphic facilitator, graphic recorder, Agile coach and trainer living in Victoria, BC. Her primary focus is the people she works with, building a people-first and team-oriented culture that structure can then follow. She has worked both in the Public and Private sectors since 2016 on a wide range of products, projects and organizational transformations. As a visual learner herself, Kristi has a passion for visual management and facilitation. She is able to support her teams in gaining further shared alignment and understanding through graphic recording sessions live, facilitating with the use of visuals, and creating information radiators for her team(s). Since the global pandemic, Kristi has added digital visual management and facilitation to her toolkit to bring the benefits of visuals into the remote and distributed world, as well. She is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) & Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) Practitioner (CLP).
