Kate Kula

Kate Darcy Kula was first introduced to Agile in 2007 when the government market research company she worked for adopted Scrum. As a Product Owner, the ability to post a user story on the whiteboard and see it move to completion was the beginning of a fascination with both Scrum and SDLC.

As an experienced Business Analyst and Product Owner, Ms. Kula has proven her ability to dig to the root of the real business value and deliver clear and testable user stories that are ready to work on. When her new company decided to run a project using scrum, she developed and led company trainings on Agile principles and Scrum ceremonies. While holding to the vision of the company for the product at comScore, she was able to keep the business leadership well informed while keeping the team protected from senior management priority interjections.
