Kevin Hirsch

Hi! I'm Kevin Hirsch.

I have successfully bridged organizational gaps, identified and eliminated broad technical debts, and created reliable solutions in spite of oft-complex policies. My background brings a unique mix of both technical and business acumen. I am tenured as both a DevOps engineer and a ScrumMaster, with the ability to coach, facilitate, and work closely with stakeholders. I take a people-centric approach because empowering people with respect and empathy makes a better world. I also do it because I know that empowered people deliver more value.

I am a Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM®) and a member of the Scrum Alliance. My non-profit board work is in the LGBTQIA+ & human rights space. I live in the city of St. Louis, but you could find me anywhere as I travel around the world with my camera!
