I have over 20 years managing projects the IT industry, 12 years as Sr. Product Consultant for Ricoh’s cloud based document management software, 3 years for Cylex Systems , as Manager of Support for one of the first cloud applications, as a Project Manager for National Business Group and as a 2nd Level Engineer at Citrix. As Sr. Product Consultant I act as and a product owner, and project manager for Ricoh’s in-house cloud base document management service. I work with stakeholders to determine, maintain product backlog and roadmap. I build marketing requirement documents, and artifacts. I manage resolution of escalated technical support issues, and provide sales support with product demonstrations, webinars, and proposals as well as supporting post sales design, deployments and custom integrations. I am currently an MBA with a PMP, and a Certified ScrumMaster with the Scrum Alliance. I’ve also attained certifications with Microsoft MCSE, Citrix Administrator, EMC Documentum, and Kofax Capture
