John Shinaver is a practing Agile Coach and Scrum Master, currently working with Software Development projects with major finacial insitiutions in San Francisco, CA.
John has been an active participant in the Agile community for over 3 years, frequently attending local area meetups and Agile events.
Currently, John is leading Agile Transformation efforts for the CDD (Customer Due Diligence) Tools team at Wells Fargo. With countless presentations, written documents and trainnig sessions - the team is off to a great start with their Transformtion.
John has a BA in Mass Communication & Journalism with an option in Advertising, from California State University, Fresno in Fresno, CA as well as a Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership, from Brandman University.
In his spare time, John continues his personal Agile development through staying in touch with the industry through meetups and social media.
In 2017, with his Co-Host Christine Romero, John began recording "The Agile Standup" Podcast. The podcast is dedicated to all things Agile and items/remarks related to professional development.
