Jason Schreuder

Jason served over 7 years as a military officer after graduating from West Point, and then went on to earn his MBA before transitioning to increasingly challenging corporate roles as a transformation leader in the private sector for another 7 years. There he has worked mostly in the fintech space with additional consulting experience in cash automations, security systems, healthcare, transportation, and higher education. 

Jason spent the last 4 years leading a 60+ person cross-functional team working with emerging technologies in the digital experience space, including mobile and web development, AI, machine learning, customer interaction experience, and process automation at Fidelity Investments.

In 2017, Jason launched Inspired Iterations, a transformation and leadership services company, to help transform the world of work and help leaders evolve through change and become more responsive, adaptable, and future-proof. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federatio.  

As a transformational leader, Jason believes in systemic change leading to transformation.  He guides the habituation of sense-and-respond, planting the seeds of a deeper capability across a system (enterprise) for adaptive, agile approaches that can sustain lasting change. Jason works to improve personal resilience, adaptability, and effectiveness that transform lives and companies for the better.
