Jennifer Rostal

Jennifer Rostal is a ScrumMaster and Agile Coach.  Based in the Twin Cities, Jennifer is a consultant for Perficient, Inc.   Jennifer has been committed to delivering results to clients utilizing the Scrum framework.  She is passionate about helping teams and people discover their potential and grow.  Jennifer started an Agile Community within Perficient to provide an opportunity for agilists to meet, learn and share.

Jennifer has worked on agile teams for the better part of 15 years, as a ScrumMaster and later as a coach.  She has helped clients in a wide variety of industries build their agile mindsets and achieve their goals.  In addition to her coaching, Jennifer is thrilled to be an instructor in the Scrum Foundations pilot program.

Jennifer has a Master of Philosophy degree from the University of Cambridge in England as well as an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.  In her spare time Jennifer enjoys photography, reading, playing with dogs, knitting and cooking.
