Justin Reyna is an experienced agile professional with a passion for helping teams achieve their greatest potential. A self-professed geek, with a background in infrastructure, he brings his passion for new technology and ideas straight into the classroom with the teams he coaches. He lives for the “light bulb moments” when coaching teams and new ScrumMasters. Justin believes in the power of Scrum and in empowering individuals to form high-performing and powerful teams.
Justin has a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing with a minor in Social Sciences from The University of North Texas. He also holds the following certifications: ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching, ICAgile Certfied Professional Agile Team Facilitation, Certified Scrum Professional, Training from The Back of The Room Certified Trainer, Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master I, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Professional, Six Sigma Lean/DFSS Green Belt, and SAFe Agilist. He is a co-founder and organizer of the Eastern Iowa Agile user group in Cedar Rapids.
