Jason Phillips leads the LACE for a fortune 100 organization responsible for Agile coaching & training, the definition and governance of the end-to-end technology delivery life cycle, DevOps tooling & enablement, and test automation. He is a certified a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Scrum Master (CSM), and a certified project manager (PMP). He specializes in Agile software development, project management, business analysis, and organizational training and development. He has over 20 years of experience with software development, corporate training and project management and 19 years experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner and Coach.
Jason has taught Agile topics including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and SAFe to thousands of students and he has managed or aided the Agile transformation of sixteen companies. His experience includes a variety of sectors including Insurance, Banking, Publishing, Media, Pharma, Human Capital Management, and Manufacturing. He has created or co-created advanced classes for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Dev Leaders and coaches for multiple companies.
