Justin Meehan - 

I am an experienced Certified Scrum Master with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry.  I have been working as a scrum master since 2011 and have been cerified since 2014. I am a strong business development professional skilled in Agile environments and proficient with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.  I'm passionate about team interactions and see this as a critical piece to a high performing team.  

I’m a big believer that there is always more to learn.  In addition to books, webcasts and podcast, I enjoy learning from other people with different perspectives and levels of experience.  I’m very energetic and like to use humor to make my teams comfortable and relaxed.  I find that comfortable and relaxed people feel safe to discuss any topic and this leads to honest and open conversations which are the building blocks to team trust.  

I strongly agree with the concept of building software with the customer as main focus and placing the utmost priority on adding value over adding features.  I encourage my teams to use validated learnings as a primary indication of what to do next through customer interviews, A/B testing and site/application analytics whenever.
