Accomplished, result-driven Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Project Manager with experience executing high-profile and small scale projects. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). 

I have Coached a portfolio of over a two dozen teams (on-site, remote, off-shore) to drive cultural change and improve value delivery.  I have expertise collaborating with Executive leadership and Key Stakeholders to drive the maturity of agile processes and practices by identifying and facilitating continuous improvements. 

I facilitated intense discussions and Communities of Practice across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and escalate highly complex problems impeding teams' delivery.  I understand the importance of monitoring performance, providing feedback, and moderating discussion based on empirical data, an understanding of agile practices, and knowledge of team dynamics. 

I pride myself on my ability to create psychologically safe environments for organizational change, by designing and leading workshops, agile clinics, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
