Started my career as a configuration manager, which later led to my interest and passion for improving the development process. Then transition to full-time software developer career path creating software solutions for telecommunication, education and financial services industry. Eventually, I began managing and leading developers and cross-functional staffs to deliver solutions. Learning about Scrum and its empirical process back in 2007, and since then I have utilized it in numerous projects to meet ever-changing market conditions and unpredictable user expectations.
