About
Josh Kasman is a Certified ScrumMaster at Thomson Reuters. His role as a Lead Business System Analyst requires expertise in all facets of detailed business analysis, as well as leadership of business analysis teams, center of excellence definition and management, team/project management and operational leadership. He has a keen focus on customer, building relationships, managing effort through discipline and organization, self-education, implementation of best practices such as process improvement/redesign and analysis methods.
Josh has over 15 years of Tax and Accounting software design and development experience. He is currently involved in successful Cloud transition for several existing applications. He has been involved in large scale data management, process re-engineering, and proof of concept projects involving multiple development teams in 4 different time zones.
As a Certified ScrumMaster, Josh is passionate about implementing, introducing, and coaching Scrum methodology to development teams. He has adopted Agile methodology since 2007 and started incoporating Scrum methodology in 2010. His past tasks included coaching several teams that are foreign to Scrum, introducing pair development-testing effort, and initiating the implementation of continuous integration into the product deployment process.
