I'm currently working with a Risk & Compliance team focused on building a portfolio stress testing and scenario modelling tool. My role is that of an Agile Coach to the team, helping guide their efforts towards operationalizing this mission-critical system.
Earlier, I worked as an Agile Project Manager in a team adopting Cougar Software's V8 product to provide Real Estate property & portfolio valuation, scenario modelling, and reporting capabilities. We integrated CougarV8 with the underlying MRI system of record, with a strong emphasis on data quality.

I worked with a Fortune 500 company looking to accelerate their delivery of business solutions by adopting a more agile software development process. My role was that of a coach, trusted advisor, and ScrumMaster to a portfolio of a dozen project teams building solutions on the Pega platform. Our focus was on adopting Scrum as our management framework and introducing agile practices for requirements analysis and test automation. My work included demonstrating the value provided by an automated test suite using Cucumber and Capybara.

I worked with a small, high-performing team to build a web-based data portal solution allowing a dozen 3rd party Property Managers to validate and deliver their monthly submissions of financial, property, and lease management data. My role was that of a business solution architect: finding a vision for the product, defining all requirements and assuming quality assurance responsibilities while serving as a liaison to the Property Managers. To lower the ongoing costs of ongoing maintenance, I built out an automated test suite using FitNesse and Selenium.
