My name is Jonathan Grimes and I am a passionate agile professional that concentrates on teaching and coaching at the team level for agile teams. I am a scrum master at heart and have spent the better part of my 15 year agile career working with teams so that they can operate better and bring value added work to the organization.
As organizations begin to grow an evolve in their Agile journey, the concept of teams of teams is becoming an evergrowing challenge to solve from an Agile perspective. I feel that preparing good Agile teams for scaling will help the organiation better succeed in transforming to Agile.
