Hidekazu Tanaka

I'm Hidekazu Tanaka.

In 2012 I met Scrum and extreme programming and got a successful experience in my project.
Since then, I am working on agile software development in various projects, I have also taken the role of Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner.

From 2015, I also carry out activities to support the introduction of scrums to other projects in my company.
I am holding a workshop to a lot of team, writing paper, giving a presentation at the convention, and supporting the technology to the project.

In Japan, only 30% rate projects use agile software development, and it is mainly small projects.

My company has 15,000 engineers in Japan alone, yet many people still use the waterfall model.
I am also interested in large-scale agile software development, and I believe that such old large companies need to turn into agile software development as soon as possible.
I am promoting change in the company not only to introduce scrum of one project but also change of organization system.
