Hope Karth

A passionate advocate for agile methodologies,Hope Karth brings over two decades of experience in fostering successful team transitions from traditional project management approaches to agile techniques tailored to their specific needs and projects. Since 1997, she has held various roles, including Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Scrum Master, gaining expertise in a wide range of methodologies, including Waterfall, XP, Scrum, Kan Ban, Lean, Six Sigma, and Scaled Agile Framework.  She has worked with regulated utilities, privately held companies, publically traded fortune 100 companies, non profits and has also spent 10 years serving as an elected official in local government offices.

Currently, Hope divides her time between serving several teams at Jewelers Mutual and providing coaching to other departments, sharing her expertise and guiding them towards adopting an agile mindset. Her commitment to agility extends beyond her professional realm, as she actively coaches interns and mentors individuals in the Non-Profit community on agile practices.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Hope cherishes her roles as a wife and mother to two daughters, ages 22 and 15. When not spending time with  her family, she finds joy in cooking, knitting, attending live theatre performances, volunteering her time, and expressing her creativity through writing.

With her experience, unwavering passion for agility, and genuine dedication to helping others, Hope stands as an energetic agile coach, empowering teams and organizations to embrace agile principles and achieve positive results.
