Henry Helgen is a Project Management Professional (PMP), architect, database designer, software developer, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
I participate in several projects for many clients within US Federal as a scrum master. Some clients are scientists within EPA, needed specialized scientific modeling. These projects are small, with a scrum team size of 1 or 2 developers. I modify the scrums to be weekly. I combine the Sprint Review and Sprint Planning meetings into a single meeting. Each client has a unique set of tools and languages. Some clients use the Atlassian tools, Jira and Confluence. Some use GitHub issue tracking. Others use more manual planning and tracking. All share the concept of iterative software development.
